For one business account

Starter fits one language when you or your external agent initiate updates. Growth is recommended when you want FunnelLingo-managed updates, even for a small website. Scale adds capacity for larger workloads.

An initial translation is different from monthly changes. Compare your first translation with expected ongoing edits before choosing a permanently larger plan. Extra usage requires explicit consent and a monthly spending cap.

Each retail subscription covers one licensed business account. Additional sites or funnels must belong to that account and fit its plan limits; a higher retail tier does not license unrelated client accounts.

For agencies

Each enabled client location is separately licensed. Translation words belong to one shared portfolio allowance; they are not multiplied by the number of clients.

At 20 client locations, Agency Growth and Agency Scale both cost $879 per month. Agency Scale includes four times the translation capacity and costs less above 20 locations. Choose using both client count and total workload.

Agency Max and very high-volume deployments require a capacity review before unrestricted rollout. Your agency owns its client service, support, and any human language review it sells; those services are not included merely by purchasing software.

What counts

A 1,000-word page translated into five languages uses 5,000 translation words. Cached reuse, human edits, page views, failed attempts, and duplicate retries do not consume successful translation allowance. Extra usage is off by default, with a $0 spending cap. Enable it and choose a monthly budget to keep translating beyond your included words. Rates apply to actual successful extra words, with no minimum block: 3,000 extra Starter words cost $0.60. When your budget is reached, new translation pauses and existing entitled publications stay available.

Allowances reset on the first of each month (UTC), without rollover. One separate allowance covers the full trial; paid extra usage is unavailable during a trial. Subscription charges keep their own billing dates. Translation work is queued; completion time varies with workload. Review the full checkout total, including taxes or reseller charges, before subscribing.

Core multilingual SEO, protected terms, human approvals, and scoped agent access are included in every plan. Search indexing is currently disabled; activation follows website verification and approval.
