Delete FunnelLingo data

Authorized users can remove one project, disconnect an account, or request verified deletion of the connected workspace.

Last updated August 24, 2026

Delete one project

  1. Open FunnelLingo in the connected business account.
  2. Choose the project and open Settings.
  3. Select Delete project, review the warning, and confirm.

This removes the project’s context, registered domains, languages, protected terms, glossary, discovered phrases, translations, jobs, and published bundles. This action cannot be undone.

Disconnect or uninstall

Use Disconnect business account in FunnelLingo settings or uninstall the app through the connected platform. Access and OAuth use stop when the installation is marked disconnected or uninstalled. The service then uses a 30-day cleanup period before final removal of linked workspace data and tokens.

If you need removal sooner, use the verified request process below.

Request verified deletion

Email [email protected] with “FunnelLingo data deletion request” in the subject.

Include the business name, project name if applicable, and the email address associated with your authorized account. Do not send a password, one-time code, token, cookie, visitor entry, or CRM record.

We will acknowledge the request within 24 hours, verify authority through the connected account or another reasonable method, and complete a valid request within 30 days unless law permits or requires a different period.

What final cleanup removes

Limited exceptions

Deletion may not immediately remove short-lived provider abuse-monitoring records, Cloudflare logs or backups governed by provider retention, de-identified aggregate data, or records we must keep for security, dispute, tax, or legal duties. We do not use retained exceptions to continue providing the deleted workspace.

Visitor language preference

The visitor switcher may keep a language preference in the visitor’s own browser. FunnelLingo does not keep that preference in a visitor profile. Remove it by clearing site data for the customer’s website in the browser.

Questions or appeals

Use the same email channel if you believe a request was not completed or want to appeal a decision. See the Privacy Policy for more information about rights and retention.
