Our own report-request CRM
Moosh Works uses HighLevel to record leads from the optional FunnelLingo report email form. This includes the submitted email, website, preview language, report request time and optional marketing preference. This is our own controller processing, separate from translating customer website content or accessing contacts in customer accounts. No report email address is sent to the translation model.
Connected service selected by the customer
FunnelLingo connects to the customer’s CRM platform at the customer’s direction. That platform supplies installation, authorized-user, reduced business-profile, and public-page identifiers under its own agreement with the customer. FunnelLingo requests only the five documented scopes needed for page selection, reduced onboarding context, installation details, token exchange, and disconnect.
Provider changes
We may replace or add a provider when needed to operate the service. We will update this page before or when a new provider begins material processing and give any notice required by an applicable agreement or law. Customers with a reasonable data-protection objection may contact [email protected].
International processing
Providers may process data outside the customer’s country. Their data-processing terms describe available transfer safeguards. Contact us before sending regulated data that requires a specific region or transfer mechanism; FunnelLingo does not promise customer-selected data residency or Zero Data Retention.
